Horsham Growth Deal

An outline planning application is due for determination by Horsham District Council in the summer, based on around 25,000 square metres of high quality business space and housing. The business case is currently being developed for scheme delivery. Options for the scheme delivery will be presented to the Performance and Finance Select Committee later this year and will be followed by a Leader decision for the preferred option. The outline planning application for the Horsham Enterprise Park was granted by Horsham District Council in October 2019 (subject to the signing of a section 106 agreement).
