Critical Fires

Critical Incidents are defined as incidents that are likely to involve a significant threat to life, structures or the environment.

Critical Incidents do not include responses to Automated Fire Alarm actuation or premises from which a suspected malicious call has been made. They are further sub-divided into Critical Incident Fire and Critical Incident Special Service.

The two related measure graphs below it show the performance measures West Sussex have in meeting Attendance Standards to these fires with our fire appliances.
